Domestic Shipping within Australia
We've partnered with trusted national carriers like Australia Post to ensure your package arrives safely and reliably.

Free Standard Shipping: We are pleased to offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders of $105 AUD or more.

Standard Shipping: For orders under $105 AUD, a flat rate of $10 AUD applies.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Processing Time: We aim to process and dispatch all orders from our Aussie warehouse within 24 hours of purchase.

Shipping Confirmation: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.

Correct Address: Please double-check that your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. iDentafy is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Undelivered Packages: If an order is returned to us because it was unclaimed or due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Please note that a fee for reshipment may apply.
