Welcome to iDentafy! Throughout this site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to iDentafy. We operate this website and provide our products, including all related information, content, tools, and services (collectively, the “Services”) to you, the customer. Our e-commerce platform is powered by Shopify Inc., which enables us to sell our products and services to you.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase our products. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order at our discretion. Your order is not accepted until we send you a shipping confirmation. We must receive full payment before we accept an order. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order has been processed.

Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Returns policy.

You represent that your purchases are for your own personal use and not for commercial resale.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email. All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Posted prices do not include taxes or shipping charges unless explicitly stated, such as our Free Shipping offer.

All orders are subject to our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for items purchased from us pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our control.

SECTION 7 - OPTIONAL TOOLS

We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools ”as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind. Any use by you of optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk and discretion.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
